Separate account preferences from player favourites

Customer controls and reseller controls are different account roles. Ask which category or account preference functions are available for the customer access you receive; the reseller dashboard should not be used as proof of customer permissions.

A player favourite is often stored locally. An account category preference, where available, can affect what is supplied to the player. Record which part of the setup you changed and refresh the app only after the approved account change is saved.

If a group appears missing, inspect the active account, visible category selections and local filters before assuming it was removed from the service. Keep the source name and a concealed screenshot of the relevant menu for support.

Do not expose a complete account link in a public preference report. Use the published contact route with the minimum required identifier and the specific category question. Keep a private note of the previous selection so an unintended change can be reviewed.
