After your request

A successful save provides a request reference. Continue on WhatsApp with this reference so support can check your device, account route and package. A request does not confirm payment or activate a subscription.

For an existing account, confirm whether you need a renewal or a new line. Review the connection allowance, current sources and cancellation terms before arranging payment.
