Information submitted on this website
Order requests collect the selected package, name, email, optional contact information, device and request note. Contact and trial forms collect the information needed to respond. Newsletter requests require separate email consent.
The website stores submitted requests in the operator-configured database. It does not collect card details, bank passwords or one-time banking codes. Do not put full playlist credentials in a free-text note.
How the information is used
The operator uses request details to confirm a package, answer a setup question or send email notes where consent was given. WhatsApp and email handoffs are separate communication services with their own handling of messages.

Contact support@8kiptv.io to ask about stored details, correction or deletion, or to withdraw newsletter consent. Include the relevant order reference or subscribed email so the operator can locate the record without requesting a password.
The operator must set an appropriate retention period for real requests and maintain the database. No unverified retention deadline or third-party certification is claimed on this page.
