Viewing terms and customer management are different purchases

A viewing subscription is intended for the customer account used in a compatible player. Its duration and connection allowance define the standard viewing arrangement. The public prices cover one, three, six and twelve months.

A reseller package supplies credits and an issued panel route for approved customer-management workflows. Under the supplied standard model, one credit represents one customer month. Creating or renewing customer terms consumes credits according to the actual confirmed panel action.

The customer player and reseller dashboard are different interfaces. A panel screenshot is not a playable customer login, and a player name does not grant manager access. Keep operational credentials separate from customer setup details.
