Customer term costs follow the supplied credit model. Panel options and permissions must be confirmed for your issued account.
The standard customer-month model
One credit represents one customer month in the supplied package model. A three-month customer term uses three credits and a twelve-month term uses twelve, before any separately confirmed options. Review the actual confirmation screen rather than guessing the debit.
At the 60-credit rate of $1.79, a twelve-month standard term costs $21.48 in credits. At the 600-credit rate of $1.49, it costs $17.88. Selling-price margin still needs to account for support time and other costs.
Customer creation and renewal checks
Choose the intended account type, term and available package. Check the customer line identity and expiry, record the opening balance and review the debit before confirming. After the action, check the line and closing balance once.
If a panel request appears slow, inspect its result before repeating it. A second create or renewal action may be a duplicate rather than a repair. Keep records of the account reference and confirmed term privately.

Permissions and account security
The preview shows customer and sub-reseller areas, but access to a particular control depends on the issued account. Confirm distributor, private-domain, trial and allocation permissions directly. A displayed menu is not a promise that every package has the same rights.
Use a unique password and any additional verification the panel offers. Conceal credentials, customer personal information and private domains in support screenshots. Report unfamiliar activity through the published support route.
