A renewal changes an account term; reinstalling the player normally does not renew service access. The account identity, current expiry and proposed duration should be checked before payment or a panel debit.
Prepare and test
Read the existing expiry and identify the account privately. Note whether the app developer licence and service account have separate dates.
Review the chosen one, three, six or twelve-month order total. Ask support whether renewal extends the existing line or requires another activation.
After confirmation, refresh account status and compare the new expiry with the agreed duration. Test playback again and retain the order reference.
Read the outcome
The intended line has the agreed new expiry and the existing supported setup still plays.
Do not buy an unrelated player licence as a substitute for renewing the service account, or send credentials in a public order note.
