The website request status begins as pending contact. It records the intention to order, not a financial settlement. Support can use the reference to discuss the package and confirm the next action.

Payment confirmation and service activation should be retained as separate records. An active account has its own issued details and expiry; a reseller package has a corresponding balance or allocation confirmation in the intended panel.

If a request or payment is unclear, ask about the existing reference before trying again. State the selected package, approximate time and the exact uncertainty. Do not send bank passwords, one-time codes or full private playlist links in the message.

For a renewal, compare the confirmed term with the resulting expiry. For reseller credits, compare the expected package and rate with the actual balance record. A public screenshot contains historical example figures rather than your personal confirmation.
