What happens before and after a request

Choose a plan landing page to review the full amount and term, then use the order form to select the package and submit contact details. The eight published choices cover four viewing terms and four reseller credit packages.

A successful save returns a request reference. The reference helps support locate the chosen package and question. It does not establish that a card was charged, a bank transfer arrived or an account was activated.

Continue through the WhatsApp handoff or email support to confirm availability and the applicable payment arrangement. Keep the request reference with any separate payment and activation confirmation. This makes a later expiry or package question easier to resolve.

If the form cannot save, use the visible WhatsApp or email route instead. Do not repeat an unrelated payment just because a website form timed out. Confirm what was received and which next step is still outstanding.
