Compare current news feeds, source region, language and schedule information.
Ask for the exact source
Write down the channel, source region, language and programme you need. A headline catalogue figure can include regional versions and does not answer whether one specific feed is currently available.
Use a trial where available to test the exact screen, player and network. Check schedule times and the selected audio track. Availability and image quality can vary by source.
A useful viewing checklist
Check sports, news, films, series, family and international groups separately. Record must-have sources and distinguish a missing category from a source that appears but will not play. This makes a support enquiry much easier to resolve.
