Keep a working setup before replacing a legacy build

The supplied list contains older Smart STB, 4KSTRONG, Strong 4K and receiver-plugin entries, as well as the entry explicitly named Strong_Snap old. These names and dates help identify the original route but do not prove that every old build is still recommended.

Ask support which current build fits the exact model, operating system and account format. Record the installed version and working details before removing it. A legacy replacement should answer a real compatibility or support question.

Use a supported preference export where available. Keep a private account record and the intended recovery route. Deleting app data can remove local favourites and saved login details even when the subscription remains active.

After an approved update, compare the same account and sources. Check login, live playback, VOD, sound and guide data where supported. Report a changed function with the old and new versions rather than assuming the account itself needs to be replaced.
