Diagnose guide data, mapping and time-zone problems separately from video playback.
EPG is schedule metadata. It can fail while live video still plays because the guide feed, channel mapping or local clock is different from the stream itself.
Prepare and test
Check the device time zone and date, then identify whether every guide row is empty or just one group. Compare a listed programme with the current video.
Run the player EPG update once and allow it to finish. Check that the intended playlist is associated with the intended guide source.
Compare one channel with a correctly mapped guide entry and another with a missing entry. A regional time shift and a missing mapping need different support details.
Read the outcome
Guide rows load where data is supplied and the programme time matches the selected region and local clock.
Repeatedly deleting the complete playlist is a poor first response when the account and video already work.
Choose your actual device route
The player route depends on the operating system and model. Android APKs cannot be installed directly on Apple platforms, Tizen or webOS. A receiver portal and a desktop playlist login also have different fields. Start from the device directory for the appropriate setup route.
