An app provides the interface; an active account provides access to its available service catalogue.
Two components with different jobs
The player is the software interface: it accepts an account or playlist, organises available groups and renders supported media. The service subscription is the access agreement: it has a term, catalogue and connection allowance.
Installing an application, entering a Downloader code or paying a developer activation fee does not by itself issue a service account. Likewise, an active subscription does not make an unsupported operating system accept an Android package.
When a problem occurs, identify the stage. An app that will not install needs a source or compatibility check. A login rejection needs an account-format or status check. A listed source that fails playback needs a source, network or decoding comparison.
Keep the exact player name and installed build with the private service details. The download list includes several similarly named 8K players; a support report should identify the one actually installed.
